The Miss Namibia beauty Pageant 2011,was officially launched in the Capital on 12th May 2011. Slated as one of the biggest Events on the Namibian Entertainment Calendar, the pageant will be staged at the Prestigious Country Club on the 30th July,also described as the traditional home to Miss Namibia.The Beauty Pageant will again crown a new Namibian beauty that will represent Namibia in the upcoming Annual Miss Universe pageant.



In this exclusive Video interview with the Lazpak Blog,Odile Gertze,the outgoing Miss Namibia 2010 gives us a scoop on her experiences as reigning Miss Namibia for the last year.Odile appeared calm and collected as she opens up and gives her views on Gender based violence and how she helped formed a Charity organisation. In the video she also gives advice to the next Namibian Beauty,who is still yet to be crowned come 3oth July.
