GS Productions is the largest new Musical group in Namibia thus by far,I believe from a host of R&B, Kwaito and Hip Hop artists, etc. G.S. Productions was formed in 2007 in a garage, and that’s where Garage studios (GS) name came from. Artists include Marvellous, Fourty, Showbizzy, Oswin, Michelle, Platforms, Tuks based in the UK and Chrome.The group saw the light of fame after the hit single Gorgeous Summer Video, Directed By Jeff for Urbane Soul Productions aired on National TV and massive internet & smscampaigns, got the public’s attention.The group had a summer show earlier in the year at the Palm tree Park in Windhoek, which for the first timers proved to be a great success and something for the group members not to ever forget.

explains that the industry, has tremendously grown over the last 10 years but states that
piracy remains a problem.”The other thing is, Artists are never remunerated for their work,
or if they are than its’ very less to even use the money for new projects, and thus growing
