Ascension Day

Everyone  in Namibia today is celebrating Ascension Day,just like most christians around the world. Everything is at peace today as i passed through town today on my way to work. With people dressed up in their church attire on their way to worship the lord.

As always a lot of us guys tend to hang out the night before and even forget to a church nearby to worship and to pray.I bet if you went to evelyne street Last night it would've been packed with a whole lot of Socialites,mostly young people.We need to start realizing that there is a higher power up there and that we are all gonna be judged equally. What i mean is we must start worshipping more than just chilling like its our birthdays everyday. 

Well again Ascension Day is the day celebrated 40 days after the resurrection of Jesus, and resembles  Jesus ascending to heaven.It is said that Jesus ascended to heaven in the presence of his 11apostles

and that in heaven he sits at the right hand of the God father,interesting fact indeed! happy Ascension day to everyone.
